High-end plugin-filter mod netstøj / EMI / beskidt strøm
Bajogs HF-01 filter dæmper forstyrrende, højfrekvent støj (beskidt strøm) i boligens 220V elnet. Denne støj er forårsaget af mange moderne strømforsyninger, lysstofrør, energibesparepærer, motorer, induktionskomfurer, computere, fjernsyn mm. Filtret har en dæmpning på hele 30-50 dB (99,9-99,999%) i frekvensområdet 100 kHz – 30 MHz. Det dæmper allerede fra 10 kHz, men i det lavere frekvensområde fra 2-100 kHz er de billigere Polier PANDA plugin filtre mere egnede. Det fungerer godt at bruge de to typer filtre i kombination.
Bajog omtaler filtret som et HI-FI filter, da det også retter sig mod HI-FI entusiaster der ønsker støjfri strømforsyning til sit musikanlæg.
Filtret filtrerer både symmetrisk støj (common mode) og asymetrisk støj (differential mode). Dertil filtrerer det også jordforbindelsen (PE).
Sådan bruges filtret
Filtret er et serielt filter, der sættes mellem stikkontakt og et tilsluttet apparat, og så filtrerer i begge retninger. Filtret kan derfor bruges på flere måder:
- Det kan dæmpe støj fra ”støjende” udstyr ved kilden, før støjen spreder sig videre ud i boligens ledningsnet. Eksempler på støjende udstyr kan være vaskemaskiner, frekvensstyrede pumper og motorer, induktionskomfurer, fjernsyn og computere.
- Det kan beskytte følsomt udstyr (eller personer) mod den støj der kommer fra boligens ledningsnet og til det tilsluttede apparat. Eksempelvis en computer, HI-FI udstyr, en sengelampe eller følsomt test- og laboratorieudstyr. Beskidt strøm er en af de EMF belastninger der gør det udfordrende for sensitive personer at bruge computer. Støjen fra ledningsnettet, og computeren selv, udstråles som radiobølger fra computeren og de kabelforbundne enheder som skærm, tastatur og mus.
I Q Living bruger vi selv dette filter på vores computerarbejdspladser, og vi kombinerer det med en filtreret Danell strømskinne og 1-2 PANDA filtre, for at minimere den støj der udsendes fra vores computer, skærm, mus og tastatur. På den måde kan vi bedre tolerere at sidde mange timer ved computeren, selv med EHS.
Vigtigt for korrekt funktion:
- Som det eneste af vores dirty electricity filtre filtrerer dette filter også jordforbindelsen (PE). For at dette skal ske så skal filtret sluttes til en jordet stikkontakt, og du skal bruge en Schuko adapter, hvis den bruges i en dansk, jordet stikkontakt med pindjord. Ellers bliver jorden ikke ført videre igennem.
- Hvis enheden du derefter slutter til udtaget i filtret har en dansk, jordet stikprop med pinjord, så skal du igen bruge en adapter: Denne gang en omvendt Schukoadapter.

Interference from the electrical power grid? – No problem for this special filter!
If your power supply is disturbed by flickering LED lights, control signals from the power supply company or the HiFi sound is disturbed by humming sounds, then this special developed filter is the right application for you.
This filter series is not an everyday product, which can be purchased everywhere, or can be compared with other filters.
What can this filter do and what does it protect against?
The HF 01 filter allows the 50 Hz sine wave to pass and also attenuates (dampens) all disturbing and destructive noise in your electrical power supply. These include, of course, in addition to interference in the KHz range, also the dU/dt loads in the electrical network, which can reach up to 10KV/µs – and can have a destructive effect on all systems and devices connected to the electrical network.
Filters with “high” attenuation (dampening) can, depending on the network impedance and the location in the house, have a dampening effect on the PLC communication (power line communication) between your smart meter (energy meter) and the power supply company. It can even stop it completely. This must not be allowed to happen, because it would not be possible to draw up real consumption bills and consumption estimates are always the burden of the consumer.
The HF-01 therefore prevents this negative effect and supports unhindered communication between smart meters and the power supply company. At the same time, the HF-01 also prevents PLC signal penetration into electrical devices and systems connected to this filter in your house.
This filter series therefore has three important functions:
- prevents interferences from the electrical system
- no interference emission into the network
- PLC – communication support between Smart Meter and data concentrator (energy supplier), even if the filter is used near the smart meter.
Professionals know that filter information in data sheets and publications are always measured and stated at 50 Ohm (according to the EN – and CISPR 16 – norms). But which electrical supply network has an impedance of 50 Ohm?? The 50 Ohm measurement therefore doesn’t correspond to reality of an electrical net impedance of 1 Ohm, and has also no significance for the functionality of the product in the case of use on the supply network.
Bajog electronic therefore develops and tests its products according to the required operating conditions and can therefore also claim that the filter effect is as effective at 1 ohm as it is at 50 Ohm!

About the company:
Bajog Electronic has been a development and manufacturing company for EMC/EMI products since 1990. Primarily focused on mains noise filters for industry and the military sector in NATO – combined with TEMPEST specifications and cabin filters.
Bajog Electronic manufactures the components for EMC products (primarily ferrites and capacitors) itself. This also explains why these EMC products have been used for over 22 years in 24-hour operations, with constant power output and stable dampening of mains disturbances. Military and NATO require these performance characteristics.
General info:
The power grid should in principle supply a pure sine wave voltage. The limit values for the radio interference voltage at the mains connection (frequency range 150 kHz to 30 MHz) are defined by the European standard EN 55011.22.
According to the standard, limit values for radio interference voltage at the mains connection in the frequency range 9 kHz to 150 kHz have been in consultation for over 20 years. Therefore, there are still no limits in this sensitive frequency range and all components and devices connected to the mains only needs to be tested from 150 kHz to 30 MHz
Classical power supplies using a transformer are a thing of the past, switching power supplies are used almost predominantly, with clock frequencies from 10 kHz to 150 kHz. “Green” energy, whether solar or wind, all use DC to AC inverters with a clock frequency <10 kHz to approx. 100 kHz.
Smart meters (the new electronic consumption meters) are now being installed in all EU households.
Data transmission between the energy producer and the smart meter is controlled by a PLC signal in the frequency range from 9 kHz to 100kHz, and in the house between the meter and household appliances in the frequency range from 100 kHz to 150 kHz.
Exactly this frequency range is not considered by commercial mains interference filter.
